Refund Policy
The Executive Access Blueprint™ and all associated digital products contain proprietary intellectual property delivered instantly at checkout. For this reason, all purchases are final.
However, because this system is built for measurable results, we offer performance-based guarantees for qualifying tiers — tied directly to actual implementation of the Blueprint.
Refunds require one thing only:
📌 Evidence of real execution.
This can be a screenshot, activity log, or any proof that you deployed the system as intended.
This protects the Blueprint from misuse while ensuring real operators are supported.
Tier 1 — Digital Access Blueprint™
50% Performance Guarantee
If you implement the Blueprint for 90 days and do not secure a single executive-level conversation, you may request a 50% refund.
To qualify, you must provide simple evidence of execution, such as:
• A screenshot of your 1-Page Proposal
• An activity log (brief is fine)
• Outreach examples
• Operator Statement or challenge output
• Résumé Tune-Up or Blueprint assets you applied
• Any record showing consistent Blueprint deployment
This ensures the system was actually used rather than downloaded and ignored.
Refunds are not issued before the 90-day mark, as the process requires consistent application over time.
Tier 2 & Tier 3 — Strategy + Accelerator Programs
Partial Refund or Full Credit Transfer
For Tier 2 and Tier 3, you may request:
• A partial refund, or
• Application of your full payment as credit toward future Blueprint services
Eligibility requires:
• Completion of included sessions
• Engagement with the strategy plan
• 90 days of Blueprint deployment
• A screenshot or small evidence sample showing implementation
This protects the integrity of coaching while maintaining fairness.
Tier 4 & Tier 5 — Executive Partnership Programs
50% Performance Guarantee
Tier 4 and Tier 5 are intensive, personalized, high-touch programs involving direct proposal work, communication refinement, and ongoing strategic support.
If after 90 days you experience zero measurable pipeline momentum, you may request a 50% refund.
“Pipeline momentum” includes any of the following:
• Executive conversations
• Increased deal flow
• High-level interviews
• Strategic opportunities
• Documented progress toward targeted roles
• Screenshots or logs of work completed
Refunds are not issued prior to the 90-day window.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not provided for:
• Instant digital downloads (except Tier 1 under conditions above)
• Accidental purchases
• Change of mind
• Failure to attempt/implement the material
• Inability to use content due to device, email, or technical issues outside our control
Technical Support Guarantee
If you experience any technical issues accessing your materials, contact us within 7 days.
We will restore access promptly at no additional cost.
