Welcome to Lundgreen Services LLC and The Executive Access Blueprint™.

By purchasing, accessing, or using any product, tier, or digital material offered through this platform, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms exist to protect both you and the proprietary intellectual property contained within the Blueprint ecosystem.

1. Use of Content

1.1 Personal Use License

All products — including manuals, frameworks, templates, scripts, videos, Operator assets, and all tier-specific materials — are provided for your personal and professional development only.

1.2 Restrictions

Except for the 7-Day Status-Align™ Lite (which is free to share), you may not:

• Reproduce, resell, or redistribute any content

• Share internal links, PDFs, videos, or toolkits

• Upload materials to public forums or shared drives

• Use content to create derivative works or competing products

• Offer the Blueprint materials as consulting, coaching, or training under your own brand

Doing so violates the licensing agreement.

1.3 Enterprise Restrictions

For organizations purchasing Tier 5, all materials are licensed only to the participants attending the training.

Redistribution within or outside the company requires explicit written authorization.

 

2. Access and Delivery

2.1 Digital Tiers

Tier 1 materials are delivered instantly via email with immediate download access.

2.2 Guided & High-Level Tiers (Tier 2–5)

Higher tiers include additional services such as:

• Strategy consultations

• Executive presence sessions

• Mock interviews

• Proposal development

• Leadership trainingDelivery details for these services are outlined on each tier’s page and in your onboarding email.

2.3 Missed Emails

If access materials do not arrive within the expected timeframe, you are responsible for notifying us so we can restore access.

3. Intellectual Property

All products, digital content, frameworks, templates, scripts, case studies, videos, designs, and the Status-Align™ Protocol are the exclusive intellectual property of Lundgreen Services LLC and Trevor R. Lundgreen.

3.1 Unauthorized Use

Unauthorized sharing, duplication, or distribution may result in:

• Immediate termination of access without refund

• Revocation of all licensing rights

• Potential legal action for intellectual property infringement

We protect our IP with the same precision we built it.

4. Disclaimer of Results

The Executive Access Blueprint™ is a precision system. However, individual outcomes depend on:

• Personal effort

• Execution consistency

• Professional background

• Quality of implementation

• Adherence to the Status-Align™ Protocol

We do not guarantee specific job offers, titles, promotions, interviews, or income outcomes.

Your results are influenced by variables outside our control.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the full Refund Policy, available on the Refund page.

Purchasing any product indicates your agreement to that policy and its performance-based conditions.

6. Conduct

You agree not to misuse:

• Coaching access

• Communication channels

• Proprietary materials

• Training programs

• Support systems

Abusive, inappropriate, or unethical behavior may result in removal from programs without refund.
